The news that Texas was able to implement their abortion ban, followed by the failure of the United States Supreme Court to uphold our constitutional rights required a rapid response.
We rallied former participants who joined our rapid response on Saturday September 4, 2021.
Our central themes for the Labor Day Weekend Rapid Response were:
(1) NO FORCED LABOR
(2) CONGRESS MUST ACT TO PASS THE WOMEN'S HEALTH PROTECTION ACT
(3) WE ARE ALL INTERCONNECTED & OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS DO NOT END AT STATE LINES
(4) IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO BE "SAFE" IN MASSACHUSETTS
(5) IF IT CAN HAPPEN IN ONE STATE, IT CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE
